Location great as a stopover on way to coast. Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful. We did not have the breakfast but the room itself was very clean, comfortable and provided all we needed. The only negative we experienced was fact that the taxi driver who took us to Madrid Atocha charged us an extra 12 euros on top of the meter charge of 33 euros claiming the extra was a tax charged by the hotel and the city. We do not know whether this was a genuine reason or whether it was taking advantage of tourists who are strangers to the city. We were told that the other station was a 15 min walk away but due to health reasons I cannot walk that far dragging a heavy suitcase. I feel other tourists should be aware of the extra costs and told before using the taxis. In the Rome to Rio app cost is only estimated to be between 12 and 15 euros. We were charged 45 euros.

Given the hotel is located in the Chamartin train station, making connections to the Metro, Rail and Bus transit routes was very easy. The hotel was well insulated from any traffic noise. Once in the hotel one would not know they were in a train station as the windows faced the city. The hotel had a lot of space with a large restaurant area, plus lots of free tables and chairs outside the rooms where clients could work on their computers. The staff were very helpful. They answered my email inquiries and ensured that we got the bed types we requested. They also held a parcel delivery for us until we arrived. We would happily stay there again and probably will.

The suite was amazing. Very spacious with great views of the city. The terrace was a good place to read or just relax. The king size bed was very comfortable and it felt so good. We stayed for 6 days completely comfortable. Strong WiFi throughout. Easy access to the train station and to Chamartín metro. Linea 10 metro took us to the city in 8-10 min or less There are nice restaurants nearby but you can also take linea 10 ( Blue) & go eat elsewhere. Fully recommend.

The facilities and services at hotel were excellent. The location was perfect for getting in and out of the main tourist sites of Madrid. The metro and train station was just in front of the entrance. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We also ate in the bar a couple of evenings and the food was great and super value for money. The orices in the var for food and drink were very reasonable. All staff we met were very helpful and customer focused.

This is an excellent hotel to stay The One night and catch the train the following day. Fantastic breakfast. Good food menu, available until late. Good size room, with all the basic needs covered. Very comfortable bed. Staff were attentive and responsive (they provided new towels after our loose shower head went rogue and sprayed water all over our shower/bath towels).
